We also offer a “live arrival guarantee” on everything we sell. Most of our shipments arrive at their destination alive and well, however, there are always circumstances that cause a small percentage of insect shipments to perish in the mail. We will happily reship these orders at our own expense to guarantee you get what you paid for.
Reptiles ship FedEx or GNL Overnight (we will reach out to you to confirm shipment details) and Dubia orders ship USPS First Class (1-3 business days depending on your distance).
